To us, Resilience is not only about bouncing back, but also bouncing forward after a stressful event or challenging situation in life. This workshop combines both resilience training and mindfulness to provide participants various useful and effective tools and techniques, which will allow them to confidently handle any stressful events and challenging situations life throws at them. This is en evidence based programme that focused on results. The programme is facilitated in a fun and engaging way through role plays, videos, discussions and real time practice on the techniques taught.
